Raymond B Palmer
Raymond was born in Northern Virginia and received his Juris Doctorate from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University in Washington, D.C. Raymond obtained his Bachelor and Masters degrees in Accounting from Virginia Tech. Raymond passed the November 1984 certified public accountant examination in Washington, D.C. He is currently on the Board of the Northwest Florida - NAIOP chapter, has been a member of Gulf Breeze Rotary since 1995, is a member of First Baptists Church of Gulf Breeze, Past Board member of the South Santa Rosa Utility, three times past Chair of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Attorney-Realtor Committee and member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust section of the Florida Bar.
