Ray was born in Northern Virginia and received his Juris Doctorate from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University in Washington, D.C. He otained his Bachelor and Masters degrees in Accounting from Virginia Tech. Ray passed the November 1984 certified public accountant examination in Washington, D.C.He is currently on the Board of the Northwest Florida - NAIOP chapter, has been a member of Gulf Breeze Rotary since 1995, is a member of First Baptists Church of Gulf Breeze, Past Board member of the South Santa Rosa Utility, and member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust section of the Florida Bar.

The Law Office Manager since 1995 has been Carolyn A. Palmer.Carolyn's past experience includes being a licensed realtor in both Virginia and Maryland.Carolyn was a commercial property manager in Maryland and North Carolina.Carolyn also published a parents magazine in Washington,D.C.

Kimberly assists with our real estate, corporate, probate, estate planning and litigation work. Kimberly is an extremely dedicated person whose passion for detail and rapport with clientele is appreciated by all who work closely with her.Kimberly has been with the firm since 2010.Kimberly is widely traveled and brings a high level of sophistication to our practice.
